Remortgages & Product Transfers
S.O.E Financial specialises in residential and BTL remortgages across the UK.
If you have a mortgage that is nearing the end of its fixed rate or is precariously linked to a tracker or variable rate, please contact us immediately.
We can advise on moving the mortgage to a new lender or getting a better deal with your current lender (called a Product Transfer) up to six months before the end date of your current product.
Loans are available up to 90% of your property value & you can release equity from your home or your buy to let property for any reason. We can shop around for you to get you the best deal and hopefully reduce your monthly payments, often with a free valuation & free solicitors too. We also have access to exclusive schemes which are not available on the high street.
First Time Buyers
S.O.E. Financial is experienced in helping buyers purchase their first home and we recognise this can be a daunting experience. We work solely for you & we will cut through the jargon & search the whole market and find the best product for your specific needs, requirements & budget.
We have access to mortgage lenders who will consider 95% loan-to-value (LTV) mortgages. We can look at specialist products that are also suitable for Shared Ownership & Help to Buy, so whether it’s a new build property, a house or a flat, we are here to help.

Buy To Let Mortgages
S.O.E Financial has a strong client base of investors with portfolios of BTL property, first time buy to let investors & accidental landlords. We can advise on the purchase or remortgage of BTL properties, access all specialist and non-high street lenders & also arrange mortgages in the name of your Limited Company.
We can help with using your current buy to let properties to build your portfolio & maximise profitability We offer expert advice in all aspects of Buy to Let lending, with mortgages available for loans of up to 85% of the property value. We can also access specialist schemes for Homes of Multiple Occupancy.
Equity Release
Equity Release allows you to access some of the tax-free cash locked in the value of your home, whether it be your main residence or a buy to let property, & you can use the money for whatever reason you wish.
We will explain exactly how it works & we will even advise you as to whether equity release is appropriate for you.
